摘　　要：目的比较城乡中学生伤害类型的特点,为有效预防学生伤害的发生提供参考依据。方法采用学生健康状况及影响因素调查表,对辽宁中学生(城市2 842名,郊县2 364名)伤害情况进行调查,并对结果进行描述性分析和χ~2检验。结果在前5名的伤害类型中,城市男生依次为跌坠伤(3.68%)、扭伤(3.61%)、硬物击伤(1.77%)、锐器伤(1.55%)、爆炸伤(1.03%),郊县男生依次为扭伤(6.04%)、跌坠伤、锐器伤(5.19%)、硬物击伤(1.70%)、烧伤/烫伤(1.60%);城市女生依次为扭伤(2.63%)、跌坠伤(2.22%)、锐器伤(1.28%)、硬物击伤(1.08%)、动物咬伤(0.94%),郊县女生依次为扭伤(3.14%)、跌坠伤(3.07%)、锐器伤(1.46%)、烧伤/烫伤(1.00%)、动物咬伤(0.92%)。女生13种伤害类型发生率的城乡差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);男生扭伤、动物咬伤、烧伤/烫伤发生率的城乡差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),且均为乡村高于城市。结论城乡中学生伤害类型居于前3位的均为扭伤、跌坠伤、锐器伤。不同性别城乡学生伤害类型有各自的特点,尤其农村男生扭伤、动物咬伤、烧伤/烫伤的报告率较高。Objective To compare injury types between urban and rural areas in middle school students of Liaoning province. Methods The survey was carried out among 2 842 urban students and 2 364 rural students in Liaoning province. Results The top five injuries for urban boys： falling（ 3.68%）, twisting（ 3.61%）, hit by hard objects（ 1.77%）, sharp injuries（ 1.55%） and explosive injuries（ 1. 03%）, while for rural boys： twisting（ 6. 04%）, falling and sharp injuries（ 5. 19%）, hit by hard objects（ 1.70%）, burns（ 1.60%）; urban girls： twisting（ 2.63%）, falling（ 2.22%）, sharp injuries（ 1.28%）, hit by hard objects（ 1.08%）and animal bites（ 0.94%）; for rural girls： twisting（ 3. 14%）, falling（ 3. 07%）, sharp injuries（ 1. 28%）, burns（ 1. 0%） and animal bite（ 0.92%）. Among 13 types of injuries, there was no significant difference in the prevalence between urban and rural girls（ P〈0.05）, however for boys, reporting rate on twisting, animal bites and burns were significantly higher among rural individuals（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In general, twisting, falling, and sharp injuries are the most common injury types among adolescents in Liaoning. Injury prevalence of distinct types present significant sex-and regional-characteristics, with highest rate of twisting, animal bites and burns among rural boys.
