摘 要:锻造法兰作为新型节点连接形式,在特高压钢管塔所占比重较大、造价较高。通过分析目前特高压钢管塔锻造法兰的应用情况,提出了锻造法兰按强度级差设计的新方法。针对锡盟-胜利1 000千伏交流输电线路钢管塔的受力特点和钢管库规格,研究提出了Q345强度级差锻造法兰规格库,完成了钢管塔采用强度级差锻造法兰的经济性分析。研究表明:在特高压钢管塔设计中采用强度级差锻造法兰,最大程度地降低了锻造法兰的比重,能够进一步提高特高压钢管塔的经济性。As a new type of joint,the proportion and cost of forging flange in Ultra High Voltage(UHV) steel tubular tower are high. By analyzing the application of forging flange in UHV steel tubular towers,design method of strength graded forging flange was advanced. According to the bearing characteristic of steel tube tower and the steel tube specifications of Ximeng-Shengli 1 000kV Alternating Current(AC) transmission lines,serial specifications of Q345 strength graded forging flange were proposed and the economic analysis on strength graded forging flange used in steel tubular towers was carried out. Research shows that the application of strength graded forging flange in tower design can wholly reduce the proportion of forging flange,which can further improve the economy of UHV steel tubular tower.
