摘 要:为了获得易制备、高性能的宽带偏振分束器,设计出一种二氧化硅夹层式金属偏振光栅。应用严格的耦合波理论来分别研究TE和TM偏振光的反射率和透射率。仿真结果表明,该模型在波长范围900nm-1100nm之间,入射角在-30°到30°之间,具有良好的偏振分束效果,衍射效率可达到95%以上。TE波反射效率和TM波透射效率最高分别可达到96.8%和97.5%。同时,该结构模型具有高消光比,TE波的反射消光比和TM波的透射消光比分别可达到37d B和33d B。该光栅结构简单紧凑,制作灵活且性能稳定,在偏振成像等领域具有重要应用价值。In order to obtain an easy-to-prepare,high-performance broadband polarization beam splitter,a silicon dioxide sandwich type metal polarization grating is designed.The TE efficiency and TM transmittance efficiency are calculated and analyzed by strict coupling theory. Simulation results show that the model has a good polarization beam splitting effect between the wavelength range of 900 nm-1100 nm and the incident angle between-30 ° and 30 °. The diffraction efficiency reaches more than 95% and has a higher extinction ratio. Compared with other composite grating polarization beam splitters,the grating structure is simpler,more flexible and stable in performance,and has important application value in fields of polarization imaging and the like.
