摘 要:理论分析并设计了一种基于MgO:PPLN晶体的紧凑高效型光学参量振荡器。实验中利用808nm的激光二极管(LD)作为泵浦源,抽运Nd:YVO_4晶体产生波长为1064nm的激光,通过MgO:PPLN晶体的温度调谐,获得了3.14μm至3.43μm连续中红外激光输出。当MgO:PPLN晶体温度控制在80℃,泵浦功率为4.5W时,获得了最大功率为295m W的中红外激光输出,相应的空闲光转换效率为6.6%。控制中红外激光输出功率在295m W时,测得2h内的输出功率波动小于2%。A compact and highly efficient optical parametric oscillator has been theoretically analyzed and designed based on periodical MgO: PPLN crystal. In the experiments,the Nd:YVO_4 crystal was pumped by 808 nm laser diode(LD),the continuous Mid-IR wavelength output from 3. 14-3. 43μm is achieved by controlling the temperature of MgO: PPLN crystal. MgO: PPLN crystal temperature was controlled at 80℃,pumping power was set at 4. 5 W,the maximum Mid-IR wavelength output power of 295 m W and the corresponding idler-optical conversion efficiency of6. 6% were achieved.Controlling the output power of the Mid-IR light at about 295 m W,the fluctuation of output power within 2 h was less than 2%.
