摘 要:目的:建立延龄草药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,Neptune C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为248 nm,流速为1 m L·min-1,柱温为30℃,进样量10μL。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)对其进行了相似度计算。结果:建立了延龄草提取物HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,对13批样品进行了分析,其中确立了11个共有峰,其中5号峰为薯蓣皂苷。以共有模式为参照进行相似度分析,除与9号东北相似度为0.865,与12号安徽相似度为0.812外,其余11批延龄草HPLC色谱指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.967。结论:本研究对13批不同来源的延龄草进行了指纹图谱研究,方法简便、重复性好,对延龄草不同产地的利用及药材的质量评价具有参考价值。Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.. Methods HPLC method was used in this study. The chromatography conditions were Neptune C18( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water mobile phase gradient. UV detection wavelength was 248 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min-1.Injection volume was 10 μL. Similarity evaluation system( 2004 A) of Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint was used to calculate the similarity degree of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. Results A HPLC fingerprint analysis method was established and 13 samples were analyzed. Eleven peaks were determined as the common peaks and the 5 th peak was dioscin. The similarity analysis was carried out with the common model as a reference. The similarity of the HPLC chromatographic fingerprints about the Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. extract of the other 11 batches was more than 0.967,except that the similarity of No.9 from northeast of China and No.12 from Anhui province was 0.865 and 0.812,respectively. Conlusion In this study,the fingerprint of 13 batches of different sources of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. was studied. The method is simple and reproducible. It is of reference value for the use and quality evaluation of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. from different habitats.
