摘 要:马头门是矿井的咽喉部位,马头门井壁破裂如不及时修复治理容易造成严重危害。在全深冻结软岩井筒中马头门位置断裂修复困难,传统的型钢井圈加固方法不再适用。针对马头门井壁破裂修复问题,根据实际工程中地质条件和破裂情况,分析了马头门井壁破坏机理;同时结合马头门井壁受力情况,研发了适用于马头门部位井筒修复的铠甲支护技术,并制定了合理的修复治理设计方案。The horsehead is the throat part of the mine, and the rupture of the shaft wall of the horsehead is likely to cause serious damage if it is not repaired in time. It is difficult to repair the fracture of the horsehead in the fully frozen soft rock shaft,and the traditional method of reinforcing the steel well ring is not applicable any more. To solve the problem of repairing the wall of horsehead, according to the actual geological engineering conditions and rupture situation, we analyze the failure mechanism of shaft lining of horsehead;combined with borehole stress, we develop armor support technology which is suitable for the repair of the shaft in the horsehead, and make a reasonable design plan for the repair.
