摘 要:车辆运行的稳定性和平稳性与转向架构架的弹性振动息息相关,而构架的动态特性可以通过模态分析的方法进行评价。文章以悬挂式单轨车辆转向架构架为研究本体,对结构进行自由模态和约束模态计算,并对计算得到的构架的固有频率与振型进行分析。结果表明转向架构架的刚度设计合理,能有效避免运行中受外部缴励发生共振现象,保证安装在构架上的零部件的正常工作环境,符合结构的动刚度要求,有利于列车的平稳运行。The running stability and steadiness of the vehicle are closely related to the elastic vibration of the bogie frame, and the dynamic characteristics of the frame can be evaluated by modal analysis. In the paper, the free and constrained modal calculation of the monorail vehicle bogie frame is carried out, and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the frame are analyzed. The results show that the stiffness of the bogie frame is reasonable, which can effectively avoid the resonance phenomenon caused by external excitation, ensure the normal working environment of the components installed on the frame, and meet the dynamic stiffness requirements of the structure. And the stiffness of the bogie is beneficial to the running stability of the train.
