摘 要:HX_D1D型机车转向架通过不架车更换驱动单元的工艺方案可以节约大量的资源。文章通过分析不架车更换驱动单元的难点,得到了采用交替顶升驱动电机,同时配合落轮的方式更换驱动单元,并从理论上计算了落轮需要顶升的高度和横移的距离。另外介绍了液压扳手在狭小空间范围内拆除和装配连接螺栓的方法。最后对上述整套工艺方案进行现场试验,验证了其可行性。The cost of type HXD1D locomotive bogie drive unit replacing can be reduced by optimizing the process plan that allow the bogie drive unit to be replaced without un-wheeling the bogie. This paper analyzes the difficulty of the replacing process of the drive unit without un-wheeling the bogie, and gives the method of replacing the drive unit of bogie by using alternately lifting the driving motor coordinate with frame landing on the wheel-set. Also, the wheels lifting height and lateral distance are calculated in theory. In addition, the method of dismantling and assembling the connecting bolt in narrow bolt by hydraulic wrench is presented. At last, this paper describes the experiment of process plan and provides the verification of it.
