早期全程护理对脑外伤患者术后并发症的影响观察

摘　　要：目的研究早期全程护理的应用对脑外伤患者术后并发症发生率降低的积极作用。方法在2016年5月-2017年4月在我院就诊的脑外伤患者中选出60例为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予对照组基础上的早期全程护理,对比两组患者的术后并发症发生率等。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率比对照组低,P<0.05;观察组患者在LOTCA量表的定向、视知觉、空间知觉、动作运用、视运动组织、思维运作方面的评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.01。结论早期全程护理的应用有助于促进患者脑外伤术后早期康复,减少并发症发生,值得推广。Objective To study the positive effect of early full-course nursing on the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods From May 2016 to April 2017,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The patients in the observation group were given control group Based on the early full care,compared the two groups of patients with postoperative complications such as the incidence. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The score of the LOTCA scale was higher in the observation group,visual perception,spatial perception,action,visual movement and thinking In the control group,P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion The application of early full nursing can help to improve the early rehabilitation of patients with brain injury after surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,it is worth promoting.
