曲普利啶联合孟鲁斯特钠对变应性鼻炎患者炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨曲普利啶联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效,以及对炎性因子的影响。方法选择医院2015年2月至2017年10月收治的AR患者231例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(115例)和研究组(116例)。对照组患者给予孟鲁司特钠片,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上联用盐酸曲普利啶胶囊,疗程均为4周。结果研究组临床总有效率为93.97%,明显高于对照组的75.65%(P<0.05);研究组患者鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏及头痛消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-4,IL-6,IL-8水平均明显低于治疗前,而血清IL-10水平显著高于治疗前,且研究组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组不良反应的发生率分别为6.90%和8.70%,无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组的复发率为2.75%,显著低于对照组的10.34%(P<0.05)。结论曲普利啶联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗AR临床疗效显著,可改善临床症状和抑制炎性反应,临床安全性和远期疗效高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triprolidine combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis（ AR） and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 231 AR patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the control group（ n = 115） and the study group（ n = 116） according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets,on this basis,the study group was treated with Triprolidine Hydrochloride Capsules.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was93.97%, which was significantly higher than 75.65% of the control group（ P〈0.05）.The disappear time of nasal congestion, nasal itching,sneezing and headache in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,while the levels of IL-10 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the improvement of the study group was more significant（ P〈0.05）.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 6.90% and8.70%,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0.05）.The recurrence rate of the study group was 2.75%, which was significantly lower than 10.34% of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Triprolidine combined with montelukast sodium is significantly effective in the treatment of AR,it can improve clinical symptoms and inhibit inflammatory response.It has high clinical safety and long-term curative effect,which is worthy of promotion.
