鲑鱼降钙素联合强骨胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症患者骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效及对骨代谢的影响。方法选取医院骨科2016年1月至2017年6月收治的原发性骨质疏松症患者101例,按随机数字表法分为对照Ⅰ组(33例,单用强骨胶囊治疗),对照Ⅱ组(33例,单用鲑鱼降钙素治疗),以及观察组(35例,鲑鱼降钙素联合强骨胶囊治疗)。结果治疗后,3组患者的骨密度(BMD)及腰背部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)较治疗前均明显改善,且观察组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后的血钙及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)浓度均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组较对照组更显著降低(P<0.05);对照Ⅰ组治疗后的血骨钙素(OC)较治疗前无明显差异,观察组及对照Ⅱ组较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);对照Ⅰ组的不良反应发生率15.15%,对照Ⅱ组为12.12%,观察组为17.14%,3组患者相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗总有效率对照Ⅰ组为75.76%,对照Ⅱ组为63.64%,观察组为91.43%,组间比较差异显著(χ~2=11.236,P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效显著,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salmon calcitonin combined with Qiangu Capsules in the treatment of primary osteoporosis and its effect on bone metabolism. Methods Totally 101 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the control group Ⅰ（ n = 33, treated with Qianggu Capsules alone）, the control group Ⅱ（ n = 33, treated with salmon calcitonin alone） and the observation group（ n = 35, treated with salmon calcitonin combined with Qianggu Capsules） according to the random number table method. Results After treatment, the bone mineral density（ BMD） and visual analogue scale（ VAS） score of the lower back were significantly improved in the three groups than those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was more significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum calcium and ALP in the three groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the level of OC in the control group Ⅰ was not significantly different from that before treatment, while the levels of OC in the observation group and the control group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the control group Ⅰ, the control group Ⅱ and the observation group were 15. 15%,12. 12%,17. 14%,respectively,there was no statistical difference among the three groups（ P〉0. 05）. The total effective rate of the control group Ⅰ, the control group Ⅱ and the observation group were 75. 76%,63. 64% and 91. 43%,respectively,there were significant differences among the three groups（ χ2 = 11. 236,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Salmon calcitonin combined with Qianggu Capsules have a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of primary osteoporosis without increasing the incidence of adverse reactio
