摘  要:以环戊烯为原料直接水合法制备环戊醇,选择了合适的溶剂和催化剂,通过正交试验优化水合反应条件,水合反应液经精制后得到环戊醇产品。结果表明:丁酮为溶剂,AM36作为水合催化剂,压力14.0 MPa、温度125℃、水烯比7.0∶1、空速1.0 h^(-1),在此条件下,环戊醇选择性在99%以上,收率在11%以上。在适宜的精制操作条件下,可以获得含量大于99%的环戊醇产品,精馏收率大于97%。In study of preparation of cyclopentanol with cyclopentene direct hydration, by selecting appropriate solvent and catalyst and using orthogonal test, the hydration condition was optimized and cyclopentanol was produced with refining of the liquid from hydration. It was shown from the results that the optimum conditions for hydration should be butanone is used as solvent and AM36 is used as catalyst; the pressure is 14.0 MPa and the temperature is 125 ℃; ratio of water to ethylene is 7.0:1; LHSV is 1.0 h^-1. Under the conditions Cyclopentanol purity and distillation yield were more than 99% and 97% through a series of refined distillations.
