我国新闻出版产业的内涵、特征及其评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：当前新闻出版产业已经成为文化产业发展的重要支撑和国民经济新的增长点。文章首先对新闻出版产业的内涵进行梳理,并通过分析新闻出版物的特性阐明了新闻出版产业的特征;其次以前述分析为基础,结合新闻出版产业发展现状,构建了新闻出版产业的评价指标体系。该体系由包括产业规模层、企业规模层构成的规模评价指标体系和由经济效益层、社会效益层构成的效益评价指标体系组成,共有19个测量指标。最后,文章提出综合主成分分析法和可拓层次分析法对指标权重进行组合赋权进而确定新闻出版产业综合评价得分的技术路径。Currently, the press and publication industry has become an important support for the devel opment of cultural industry and a new growth point of national economy. This paper studies the con notation of press and publication industry, and expounds the characteristics of press and publication industry through the analysis of the characteristics of publications. On this basis, the evaluation index system of press and publication industry is constructed in view of the development of press and publi cation industry. The system is composed of scale evaluation index and benefit evaluation index, inclu ding four levels and 19 specific measurement indexes. The scale evaluation index system involves the levels of industrial scale and enterprise scale and the benefit evaluation index system involves the levels of economic benefit and social benefit. Finally, a technical approach of combination weighting of eval uation indexes with the principal component analysis and extension analytic hierarchy process is put forward to determine the comprehensive evaluation score of the press and publication industry.
