摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者近年来发生率逐渐升高,不孕症住院患者中内异症的发生率为35.50%,不孕症患者年龄越大,患内异症的风险可能越高。子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的治疗方法有药物治疗,手术治疗,体外受精-胚胎移植,目前子宫内膜异位症合并不孕主要治疗方法为手术治疗,但术后复发率较高,因此子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者术后药物治疗显得尤为重要。子宫内膜异位症手术后药物辅助治疗可以提高妊娠率,常见术后治疗的药物包括Gn RH-a,米菲司酮,孕三烯酮,中药等,本文据术后应用各类药物进行综述,以探索术后药物治疗对于子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的妊娠率、安全性和患者的依从性。The incidence of endometriosis combined with infertility is increasing gradually in recent years. The incidence of endometriosis is 35.50% in infertile patients. The higher the age of infertility patients, the higher the risk of endometriosis. Treatment of endometriosis with drug therapy, surgical treatment, in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation, the primary treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility for surgical treatment, but the recurrence rate is very high, so the endometriosis associated infertility patients after drug treatment is very important. After surgery of endometriosis treatment can improve the pregnancy rate, drug common postoperative treatment included Gn RH-a, mifepristone, pregnant three ketene, traditional Chinese medicine, this paper reviewed the application of all kinds of drugs after surgery, to explore postoperative medication safety and efficiency, for patients with endometriosis associated with infertility pregnancy compliance.
