摘 要:钢铁粉尘是我国重要的固废资源,现阶段钢铁粉尘量巨大,对企业生产和环境保护造成了较大的压力,因此人们对粉尘的利用提出了更高的要求。钢铁粉尘处置及资源化利用可分为钢铁工序内部利用、无害化处置、除杂加工利用和高附加值利用等方式,未来钢铁粉尘的处置利用应当根据粉尘的组成特性,选择合适的技术,同时兼顾粉尘处置利用过程中的环境保护和资源化,从而实现粉尘资源的高效利用。Steel dust is an important solid waste resource in China. At present, the amount of steel dust is huge, which has caused great pressure on enterprise production and environmental protection. Therefore, people have put forward higher requirements for the use of dust. Steel dust disposal and resource utilization can be divided into internal use of steel process, harmless disposal, impurity removal processing and high value-added utilization. In the future, the disposal and utilization of steel dust should be based on the composition characteristics of the dust, select the appropriate technology, and at the same time take into account the environmental protection and resource utilization in the process of dust disposal and utilization, so as to achieve efficient use of dust resources.
