氟康唑液耳浴与克霉唑软膏涂抹治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较0.2%氟康唑液和克霉唑软膏治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效。方法将74例确诊为外耳道真菌病的患者随机分到观察组和对照组,观察组使用0.2%氟康唑液耳浴,对照组使用克霉唑软膏自行涂耳。疗程2周,随诊3个月,比较两组不同药物治疗有效率。结果随访3月后观察组有效率为97.3%,对照组有效率为70.97%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 0.2%氟康唑液耳浴治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效优于霉唑软膏涂耳,前者使用方便,涂布均匀,易于接受,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the curative effect of 0.2% Fluconazole Liquid and Clotrimazole Ointment on thetreatment of external ear fungal disease.Methods 74 patients were randomly assigned to the observ ation group and controlgroup of the patients with external ear mycosis,and the observation group used 0.2% Fluconazole Liquid ear bath,and thecontrol group used Clotrimazole Ointment to coat the ear external.Two weeks of treatment,three months of follow-up clinic,compared with two groups of different drugs for effective treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was97.3%,and the effective rate of the control group was 70.97%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Fluconazole Liquid ear bath on the treatment of external ear fungus was better thanthat of Clotrimazole Ointment.The former was easier to use and accept,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
