抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药的临床药师干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价临床药师干预促进抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药合理性的效果。方法根据医院抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药的使用现状,由临床药师制订并实施干预措施,评价干预前、后的用药合理性。结果通过临床药师的干预,抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药的不合理用药发生率由干预前的77.78%降至20.28%(P<0.05);联合用药不适宜、溶媒使用不适宜、用法用量不适宜、给药时机不适宜、用药疗程不适宜的发生率均降低(P<0.05)。干预后,免疫增强药、止吐药、扶正类中药注射剂、对症骨髓抑制药物的联合用药问题发生率均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);保肝药联合使用问题的发生率虽有一定程度的降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床药师的干预措施能显著提高抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药的合理使用率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the use reasonable intervention in anti-tumor drugs and adjuvant medication. Methods According to the current situation of the use of anti-tumor drugs and its auxiliary drugs in hospital,clinical pharmacists formulate and implement intervention measures to evaluate the rationality of the medication before and after intervention. Results With the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the incidence of irrational drug use of antitumor drugs and their adjuvant drugs decreased from 77. 78% before intervention to 20. 28%,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of unsuitable combination therapy,unsuitable use of vehicle,inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate timing of administration,and unsuitable course of medication were decreased,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the intervention,the combined use rate of immunopotentiator,anti-emetic agent,Fuzheng injection and symptomatic myelosuppressive drug were decreased,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Although the incidence of joint use of hepatoprotective drugs was reduced to some extent,the difference was no statistic significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Interventions by clinical pharmacists can significantly increase the rational use rate of anticancer drugs and their adjuvant use.
