裸花紫珠分散片治疗慢性末端回肠炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察裸花紫珠分散片治疗慢性末端回肠炎(CTI)的临床疗效。方法将60例CTI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊、双歧三联活菌胶囊及甲硝唑片进行治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用裸花紫珠分散片治疗。30 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。对比观察2组患者治疗前后的肠黏膜积分、大便性状、腹部疼痛情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组肠黏膜积分、大便性状评分、腹部疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论裸花紫珠分散片联合常规西药治疗CTI可有效提高患者的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn. dispersible tablets in treatment of chronic terminal ileitis（ CTI）. Methods 60 cases patients with CTI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases. Control group was treated by trimebutine maleate capsules,bifidobacterium triple live capsule,metronidazole tablets. Treatment group was treated by callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn. dispersible tablets on the basis of control group. 30 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 courses. After treatment,compared the intestinal mucosa integral,stool traits,abdominal pain and clinical efficacy of 2 groups. Results The intestinal mucosa integral,stool character score and abdominal pain score of 2 group after treatment were lower than that before treatment,and the intestinal mucosa integral,stool character score and abdominal pain score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficiency of treatment group（ 93. 33%） was higher than that of control group（ 66. 67%）,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn. dispersible tablets combined with western medicine in treatment of CTI can effectively improve clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical application.
