当前农村妇女政治参与现状及影响因素研究——基于全国1036位妇女农户数据的回归分析

摘　　要：根据全国1036份问卷资料,课题组对当前我国农村妇女参与村庄政治生活的现状及其影响因素进行估计与分析。研究结果表明,当前我国农村妇女政治参与比重超六成,且较五年前有明显增加;相比于中东部地区,西部地区农村妇女参与村庄政治生活的比例相对更高。此外,家庭因素和外部因素对农村妇女的政治参与均有部分影响:年收入较高的家庭与核心家庭的农村妇女政治参与度相对更高;对村干部工作满意度越大,农村妇女参与村庄政治生活的概率越高;地理区位要素对农村妇女参与村庄政治亦有较大影响。从人口结构特征去看,农村党员妇女与外出频率高的农村妇女政治参与度更高,而年龄因素与农村妇女的政治参与行为呈"倒U型"关系。According to the 1036 questionnaires,the research group estimated and analyzed the situation and the influencing factors of rural women＇s participation in political life of village at present.The results show that currently the proportion of rural women＇s political participation exceeds 60%,and there is a significant increase over the previous five years.Compared with the eastern and central regions of China,the proportion of rural women participating in the political life of the villages in the western region is relatively higher.In addition,family and external factors have some implications for rural women＇s political participation.Among them,rural women with relatively high annual incomes and with nuclear families have relatively higher rates of political participation;the greater their satisfaction with the work of village cadres,the higher the probability that rural women will participate in the political life of the village;and the geographical location also has a greater impact on rural women＇s participation in village politics.In terms of demographic characteristics,rural women with a party member identification and with a high frequency of outflow have a higher degree of political participation,while the age factor has an ＂ inverted U-shaped＂ relationship with rural women＇s political participation.
