基于城市经济可持续发展的城市规划设计研究

摘　　要：伴随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市规划设计在城市经济发展中的作用愈来愈显著,主要表现在规划设计可通过优化土地分配和提升场地设计质量促进经济提升,并推动城市经济、环境与社会的和谐发展。针对中国城市开发因过度依赖房地产而出现的土地利用效率低、城市经济活动流动不畅等问题,城市规划设计只有采取走内涵式发展道路、倡导土地混合使用、提高居民开放意识以及强化城市犯罪预防设计等对策,才能促进城市经济的可持续发展。Urbanization process in China is increasing in speed,because of this urban planning and designing play more and more important role in cities＇ economic development. In detail,urban planning and designing are able to improve land allocation and places designing,and therefore benefit cities＇ economy. Moreover,planning and designing can encourage not only cities＇ economy but also environment and social aspects achieving a sustainable and harmonious development. Since China＇s cities overly dependent real estate economy in urban economy development,issues such as low land use efficiency and obstructed economy shipping emerged. Thus,to improve cities＇ sustainable development of economy,urban planning and designing should focus on adopting the mode of intensive development,encouraging mixed land use,improving people＇s sense of openness and integrating crime prevention into city design.
