摘  要:随着我国高等教育的发展和在校生人数的增加,辅导员在大学生思想政治教育和日常管理事务中的作用越来越重要。然而,专职辅导员的短缺促使高校"2+3模式"辅导员渐渐出现。首先对"2+3模式"辅导员进行定义,然后结合陕西省"2+3模式"辅导员的现状,分析此种模式对于整个辅导员队伍和学生管理工作的优势及存在的问题,最后结合工作实践,提出对策和建议,以期对"2+3模式"辅导员制度进行优化和完善。With the development of higher education and the increasing number of students in China,the role of the college ideological political instructors was more and more important in education and daily management of students. However,the "2+3 mode"ideological political instructors was spurred by the shortage of full-time instructors. In this paper,the "2 +3 mode"instructor was firstly defined,and then the advantages and problems were analysed of the mode for instructors and the work of student management combined with the status of "2+3 mode"in Shaanxi province. In order to optimize and complete the system of"2+3 mode"college ideological political instructors,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the authors' working practices in the end.
