摘 要:目的对应用AO微型钢板内固定与微型外固定器在手部骨折的疗效分析。方法 2016年3月-2017年3月,收治手部骨折77例,依据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,观察组(38例)采用AO微型钢板内固定,对照组(39例)采用微型外固定系统,术后随访6个月(随访率93.50%),观察骨折愈合、功能锻炼的时间、关节活动优良率和并发症情况。结果对照组和观察组在功能锻炼及愈合时间方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组骨折愈合率分别为94.87%,92.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组关节活动优良率分别为87.18%,85.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后并发症发生率分别为30.77%,12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手部骨折其固定方式要依据软组织受损及骨折类型进行选择,以便获得更好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the difference of clinical efficacy between AO mini stainless steel plate and external fixator system in the treatment of fracture in hand. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, hand fractures in 77 were treated in our hospital, according to random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, the observation group (38 cases) was treated by AO mini plate internal fixation, the control group (39 cases) was treated by mini external fixation, postoperative follow-up for 6 months (follow-up rate of 93.50%), observed the healing and functional exercise time, good and excellent rate of joint activities and the complications of fracture. Results In the control group, healing and functional exercise time was slightly lower than the observation group, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05); the healing rate was respectively 94.87%, 92.50%(P〉0.05); the observation group and the control group excellent and good rate of joint activities was respectively 87.18% and 85%, (P〉0.05); the postoperative complication rate was respectively 30.77%, 12.50% (P〈0.05). Conclusion The fixation selection of hand fracture should be based on the degree of soft tissue injuries and fracture types, which can lead to better clinical efficacy.
