摘  要:目的探讨外增压技术在游离股前外侧皮瓣修复下肢大面积软组织缺损的临床应用效果。方法 2014年1月-2016年12月收治10例下肢大面积软组织缺损患者,创面缺损面积18 cm×6 cm~30 cm×15 cm,游离切取20 cm×7 cm~31 cm×16 cm面积的股前外侧皮瓣修复创面,术中使用动脉外增压技术,供区采取游离植皮修复。结果术后10例皮瓣均成活良好,未出现血管危象与皮瓣坏死。结论在使用游离股前外侧皮瓣修复下肢大面积软组织缺损时,应用动脉外增压技术可取得更好治疗效果,值得借鉴。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of free anterolateral thigh flap with external arterial supercharge technique to repair large area soft tissue defect of lower limb. Methods Ten cases of severe soft tissue defect of lower limbs patients were treated from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital, including 7 cases of males, 3 of females; age rangd from 36 to 61 years old; cause of injury: traffic accident in 5 cases, machinery injury in 2 cases, crush injury in 2 cases, trauma in 1 case; tissue defect: 3 cases of lower leg, ankle and foot in 7 cases. All patients were accompanied by fractures, of which 7 cases complicated with neurovascular injuries, and 1 case had internal fixation exposure postoperatively. The defect area was 18 cm×6 cm to 30 cm×15 cm. Free anterolateral thigh flap with external arterial supercharge was used to repair the wound, free skin graft was used in the donor site. Results All ten flaps survived. No vascular crisis and flap necrosis occurred after operation anterolateral supercharge thighflap to repair large area soft tissue defect of lower technique can achieve better therapeutic and is worthy Conclusion During the use of free limb, the application of external arterial of reference.
