摘　　要：目的探讨外踝上穿支皮瓣修复小腿、足踝部皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法采用外踝上穿支皮瓣修复小腿下端、足踝部皮肤软组织缺损13例。结果术后随访6～12个月,皮瓣全部成活,质地良好,皮瓣血供无障碍。结论该手术方法简单,便于操作,无需吻合血管,术后效果好,外观满意,不影响穿鞋,并且能在基层医院开展,是修复小腿及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的一种简单有效的修复方法 。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lateral supra malleolar perforator flap on repairing skin and soft tissue defects in the leg and ankle. Methods Thirteen cases with skin and soft tissue defects in the foot, ankle and lower leg were repaired by using the lateral supramalleolar perforator flap. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months, all the flaps survived with fine texture, without any blood supply disorder. Conclusion The surgical method is simple, and it＇s easy to operate, with no need of vascular anastomosis. Postoperative effect is good with satisfactory appearance, no effect on wearing shoes. Meanwhile, this method can be carried out in basic-level hospital, and it＇s a simple and effective way to repair the skin and soft tissue defect in the leg and ankle.
