摘　　要：企业开展技术寻求型对外直接投资时,选择何种进入模式直接关系到技术获取这一战略目标的实现。文章基于动态能力视角提出高层管理者认知—组织内部因素—外部环境因素的选择分析框架,识别了高管团队国际化经验、技术寻求类型、企业规模、产业变革程度4个影响进入模式的关键因素,并提出假设命题。通过对康希诺生物、鹦鹉乐器和天津药业三家企业进行跨案例研究,得到如下结论:高管团队国际化经验丰富的企业倾向于决策与控制程度高的进入模式;技术寻求类型的差异影响进入模式的选择,而企业规模对进入模式的影响是无差异的;处于产业变革程度高的企业倾向于组织弹性大的进入模式。The entry mode of technology sourcing OFDI determines the achievement of the technology acquisition goal. This paper estab-lishes analysis framework based on dynamic capability, presents hypothetical propositions related to the international background and experience of the executive team, technology seeking type, enterprise size, industrial change degree and the entry mode selection. Through cross-case study, it validates and improves the proposition： Enterprise with high internationalization of executive team tends to highly controlled entry model; Technology sourcing type is related to entry mode, enterprise size is not related to entry mode; Enterprise with rapid industrial technological change tends to have a flexible entry mode.
