摘  要:W型封头结晶罐具有较好的结晶效果,但对其强度和安全性的研究较少。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对W型封头结晶罐建模,分别进行了内压和外压作用下的线性屈曲分析和强度分析,并根据JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》对结构的安全性进行了评价。分析评价结果表明,无论承受内压还是外压,最大应力均出现在W型封头椭圆与中间球形的过渡区域,此处强度校核均合格;在内压和外压工况下,W型封头稳定性均满足设计条件要求,在给定工况条件下结晶罐是安全的。W-type head crystallizer was studied for the fact it has good crystallization effect but there are less study on its strength and safety. A model of W-type head crystallizer was built by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The linear buckling analysis and strength analy sis of W-type head crystallizer under internal and external pressure are carried out respectively. The structural safety of W-type head crystallizer is evaluated according to the JB 4732 1995 Steel Pressure Vessels Design by Analysis. The evaluation results show that the maximum pressure appears in the transition area of ellipse and middle sphere whether under internal or ex ternal pressure, which indicates the strength evaluation is safety. The W-type head stability can meet design requirements whether under internal pressure or external pressure, and the crystalli zer is safety enough under given working conditions.
