摘 要:针对制氢转化炉炉管破裂失效的情况,进行了宏观分析、金相组织分析及检修处理。分析结果表明,转化炉在低负荷以及负荷经常变化的情况下,温度变化较大,导致炉管高温性能下降,在高温环境下产生蠕变开裂。针对负荷变化对转化炉的影响,制定了相应的改造措施。The macro analysis, metallographic analysis and repair treatment were carried out to deal with the rupture failure of the furnace tube of hydrogen reformer. The analysis results showed that reformer tube high temprature performance decrease under low load and its frequent change were the direct cause of the rupture of the furnace, and the corresponding measures had been worked out according to the influence of the change of "the load on "the converter. The rea sonable design structure, scientific installation and stable operation of the reformer tube could re duce "the number of emergency opening and shutdown as well as strictly controlled "the load change, which could reduce the occurrence of failure cases.
