消瘿五海丸联合甲巯咪唑片治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消瘿五海丸联合甲巯咪唑片治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Graves病)的临床疗效。方法:选取60例Graves病患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各30例。2组均予甲巯咪唑片治疗,实验组在此基础上加用消瘿五海丸,2组均治疗4周。对患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征、血清甲状腺激素进行分析比较。结果:实验组治疗总有效率96.7%,对照组治疗总有效率90.0%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组甲状腺肿改善不明显(P>0.05),实验组甲状腺肿有所改善(P<0.05);实验组甲状腺肿改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT_3)、总甲状腺素(TT_4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、游离甲状腺素(FT_4)水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);实验组TT_3、TT_4、FT_3、FT_4水平下降比对照组更显著(P<0.05),TSH水平比对照组上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论:消瘿五海丸联合甲巯咪唑片治疗Graves病,可有效改善患者的症状体征,提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoying Wuhai pills combined with thiamazole tablets for Graves disease.Methods： Divided 60 cases of patients with Graves disease into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The two groups received thiamazole tablets for treatment, while the experiment group additionally received Xiaoying Wuhai pills based on the treatment of the control group. The treatment of the two groups lasted for four weeks. Compared and analyzed the clinical symptoms,body signs and thyroid hormone in serum of patients in the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 96.7% in the experiment group and was 90.0% in the control group, there being no significance in the difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the improvement of goiter in the control group was not obvious（P〉0.05）,while the improvement of goiter was obvious in the experiment group（P〈0.05）. The improvement of goiter in the experiment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,levels of serum total triiodothyronine（TT3）,total thyroxine（TT4）, free triiodothyronine（FT3） and free thyroxine（FT4） in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the level of thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The decrease of levels of TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 in the experiment group was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05） and the increase of TSH level was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of Xiaoying Wuhai pills combined with thiamazole tablets for Graves disease can effectively improve symptoms and body signs of patients,and improve the clinical effect.
