清热活血汤联合常规西药治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热活血汤联合常规西药治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将102例湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用清热活血汤。对2组临床疗效进行评估,观察患者治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果:观察组总有效率98.04%,对照组总有效率84.31%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组阴道分泌物清洁度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组红细胞沉降率(ESR)均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ESR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热活血汤联合常规西药治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,控制炎症。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Huoxue tang combined with routine western medicine for chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type. Methods：Divided 102 cases of patients with pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type into the observation group and the control group randomly,51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the observation group was additionally given Qingre Huoxue tang based on the treatment of the control group.Evaluated the clinical effect in the two groups and observed the changes of related indexes of patients before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 98.04% in the observation group and 84.31% in control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the clean degrees of vaginal secretion in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant（P〈0.05）;ESR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The therapy of Qingre Huoxue tang combined with routine western medicine has significant effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients and control the inflammation.
