瘾疹丸联合盐酸西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瘾疹丸联合盐酸西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例;对照组采用盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用瘾疹丸治疗,均以2周为1疗程,共治疗2疗程;于治疗前,治疗2、4周统计2组患者主要症状积分,疗程结束后判定其临床疗效。结果:治疗2、4周,2组患者症状积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);且治疗组积分下降较对照组同时段更显著(P<0.01)。总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访1月,复发率治疗组为3.4%,对照组为19.2%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:瘾疹丸联合盐酸西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yinzhen pills combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets for chronic urticaria. Methods：Divided 120 cases of patients with chronic urticaria into the control group and the treatment group randomly,60 cases in each group. The control group received cetirizine hydrochloride tablets for treatment, while the treatment group additionally received Yinzhen pills. The two groups received treatment for two courses, two weeks being a course. Recorded the scores of main symptoms in the two groups before treatment and on the second and fourth week after treatment,and evaluated the clinical effect after treatment. Results：On the second and fourth week after treatment,symptoms scores in the two groups were obviously decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）;the decrease of scores in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group at the same period（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and was 70.0% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. On the first month of follow-up,the recurrence rate was 3.4% in the treatment group and was 19.2% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion：The curative effect of therapy of Yinzhen pills combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets for chronic urticaria is better than that of western medicine,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
