摘  要:针对传统方法测定化探样品中的银存在流程长、环境污染等问题,实验采用酸性硫脲溶液浸取银,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。通过条件实验确定灰化温度900℃、原子化温度1 900℃、酸性硫脲溶液用量30 g/L、浸取时间4 h。该方法检出限0.028μg/g,经国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值基本一致,准确度和精密度良好,且方法操作简单、流程短,适用于化探样品中微量银的分析测定。Conventional method to determine silver in geochemical samples is lengthy and pollutes the environment. The paper conducted the experiment where silver was leached with acidic thiourea and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Condition experiment determined the parameters as follows: the ashing temperature is 900 ℃,atomizing temperature is 1 900 ℃,acidic thiourea dosage is 30 g/L,leach time is 4 h. The detection limit is 0. 028 μg/g. Verified by the determination of national primary reference materials,the determination result are consistent with the standard values. The method is easy and short with accuracy and precision,applicable to the determination of trace silver in geochemical samples.
