摘  要:车载充电机(On-Board Charger,OBC)是电动汽车(Electric Vehicles,EV)的关键部分,为EV提供充电通道。它需要具有隔离功能,因此,常采用两级式电路作为OBC的拓扑结构,利用后级DC/DC电路提供电气隔离。限于车载空间,OBC还须具有高效率、高功率密度的特性。由于交错Boost变流器和LLC谐振变流器均具有高效率、高功率密度的优点,因此常采用它们分别作为OBC的前级AC/DC电路和后级DC/DC电路。加之,OBC面对的是电压范围变换较宽的电池负载,其电压增益必须得到优化设计。在上述背景下,对所选择的两级式隔离型OBC的效率和电压增益进行了优化设计,开发了一台3.3 kW OBC样机,其整机效率高达94.9%,功率因数超过99.5%,充电电压范围为230~430 V。交错Boost变流器和LLC谐振变流器的效率分别达到97.7%和97.6%。OBC的功率密度可达1.05 kW/L。On-board charger( OBC) is a key component of electric vehicles( EV),which serves as the charging access of EV. As OBC needs to have isolation function,two-stage circuit is often adopted as its topological structure and the rear stage DC/DC circuit is utilized to offer electrical isolation. Limited to the vehicle space,the OBC must be efficient and has high power density. Because both the interleaved Boost converter and LLC resonant converter possess the above advantages,they are often used as the pre-stage AC/DC circuit and the post-stage DC/DC circuit of the OBC respectively. In addition,the voltage gain of OBC must be optimized because of the wide voltage range of battery load.Under the above background,this paper optimized the efficiency and voltage gain of the selected two-stage isolated OBC and developed a 3. 3 kW OBC prototype which has an overall efficiency of 94. 9% and a power factor over 99. 5%,and its charging voltage range is 230 ~ 430 V. The efficiency of interleaved Boost converters and LLC resonant converters reached 97. 7% and 97. 6% respectively,and the power density of OBC can be up to 1. 05 kW/L.
