摘 要:亚甲蓝值(MB值)是科学评价石灰石粉质量的关键指标。本文系统研究了石灰石粉MB值及流动度比的检测方法及其之间的关系。研究结果表明,石灰石粉MB值测定试验方法中可不掺加标准砂;只有在掺加外加剂的情况下,才可以用流动度比指标来评价石灰石粉的品质;石灰石粉MB值与黏土含量正相关,与流动度比负相关;石灰石粉MB值在1.0以上时,初始流动度比均小于100;而石灰石粉MB值在0.5及以下时,初始流动度比在110左右。The MB value was a key indicator for scientifically evaluating the quality of limestone powder. This paper systematically studies the detection methods and relationship between MB value and fluidity ratio of limestone powder. The results indicated that standard sand may not be incorporated in the test method for determining the MB value of limestone powder. Only in the case of admixtures, the fluidity ratio index could be used to evaluate the quality of limestone powder. The MB value of limestone powder was positively correlated with the clay content and negatively correlated with the fluidity ratio. When the limestone powder MB value was 1.0 or more, the initial fluidity ratio was less than 100. When the limestone powder MB value was 0.5 or less, the initial fluidity ratio was about 110.
