摘　　要：本文对养老护理员分级护理评价体系研究现状进行综述，通过回顾中国养老和培训护理教育现状，结合对国外护理教育发展和培训体系特点的分析，提出了适合中国专业养老教育培训体系的内容和方法，为护理管理人员提供相应证据。This paper reviews the research status of grading nursing assessment system for elderly caregivers. This paper also proposes contents and methods suitable for China＇s specialized old-age care education and training system by retrospecting old-age care training system in China and combining the characteristics of nursing education development and training system abroad so as to provide a basis for nursing administrators.
