某社区卫生站抗高血压药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区美丽家园社区卫生站抗高血压药物的使用情况及合理性。方法通过电脑软件调取门诊使用抗高血压药物的处方及高血压药物销售情况,对抗高血压药物的使用频率、种类、联合用药情况及患者每日药费等进行统计分析。结果 CCB因其疗效和安全性,是临床最常用的抗高血压药物。ARB不良反应少,使用数量仅次于CCB,且与CCB或DA联合使用较多。RB和DA很少单独用于降压,多见于联合用药。多数患者每日抗高血压药物费用低于5元。结论我社区卫生站抗高血压药物种类比较齐全、使用合理、价格经济,基本可满足高血压患者的需求。Objective To understand the use and rationanity of antihypertensive drags in Beautiful Home Community Health Station of huairou district,Beijing. Methods Through the computer software is taken on Septemper 11,2017 to March 10,2018 outpatient prescription of antihypertensive drags and high blood pressure drug sales,against high blood pressure drug use frequency,types,combination and the patients daily expenses for medicine and so on were analyzed. Results CCB is the most community used antihypertensive drag in clinic because of its efficacy and safety.Arb has fewer adveise reactions and is second only to CCB,and it is used in combination with CCB or DA.RB and DA are rarely used alone for lowering blood pressure,often in combination. The cost of daily antihypertensive drags for most patients is less than 5 yuan.Gonelusion I have a complete range of antihypertensive drags in my community, using a reasonable price economy.So it can basically meet the needs of patients with hypertention.
