摘　　要：总结了76例有呼吸道症状的疑似咽喉反流患儿采用国美国DX气道pH检测系统录仪进行24小时口咽pH监测的护理配合。措施包括术前做好患儿心理护理、特殊器械尤其pH电极导管的准备工作,熟练操作准确安放和固定探头,控制饮食、记录呕吐、咳嗽等症状并标记体位变化、饮食时间等。所有患儿均一次完成检查,其中30例符合咽喉反流诊断标准,抗酸治疗有效。This paper summarizes the nursing cooperation experience of 76 patients with undergoing the 24-h pharyngeal pH- monitoring using the Dx-pH oropharyngeal probe. The key points include： Preoperative care focused on psychological nursing and calibrating of The Restech pH sensor, proper positioning of the catheter in the posterior oropharynx, keep a diary indicating chief complaints and the time of the meal periods and the time spent in the supine and upright positions. All the patients underwent successful monitoring operation, most patients tolerated the probe well.30 cases had abnormal value in the RYAN score indicated a diagnosis of laryngopharyngeal acid reflux, and Antacid therapies help alleviate the symptoms.
