摘 要:SBP蛋白是植物特有转录因子,参与众多生物学过程。尽管在许多植物中SBP家族基因已经被鉴定,但在菜豆中仍然未见报道。本研究为探索菜豆SBP-box基因家族,基于生物信息学手段充分挖掘菜豆基因组和转录组数据资源,鉴定出23个菜豆SBP基因,并系统分析了这些SBP基因的结构、定位、保守基序、表达和系统进化关系。结果表明:23个基因被分为2个大类群,散落分布在10条染色体上;菜豆、拟南芥和水稻SBP蛋白共存在16种类型保守基序组成类型;菜豆SBP基因结构种类有5种,其外显子数目分别为2、3、4、9和10个;基于RNA-seq测序数据的表达分析表明菜豆SBP基因表达具有高度多样化特征,这说明参与许多生物学过程。本研究为菜豆SBP基因功能研究提供重要线索。SBP proteins are plant-specific transcription factors involved in many biological processes.Although the SBP family gene has been identified in many plants,it is still not reported in the common bean.In order to explore SBP-box gene family in common bean,bioinformatics methods were used to mine the data resources of common bean genome and transcriptome,and a total of 23 SBP genes were identified from the bean genome in this study.These SBP genes were systematically analyzed with respect to structure,position,conserved motif,expression,and phylogenetic relationship.The results showed that 23 genes were divided into two large groups and were scattered across 10 chromosomes.The SBO proteins of Arabidopsis,rice and common bean coexisted in a type consisted of 16 types of conserved motif.There were five types of SBP gene structure,and the number of exon was 2,3,4,9 and 10,respectively.The expression analysis based on RNA-seq sequencing data indicated that the SBP gene expression in common bean was highly diverse,implying that these SBP proteins played important roles in many biological processes.These study might provide important clues for further research on SBP gene function in common bean.
