摘  要:明确枣WRKY转录因子家族生物学特征,为深入研究枣WRKY家族基因的功能提供科学依据。通过DNAMAN6、MEGA5、Mapdarw和MEME Suite 4.12.0等软件对枣WRKY转录因子的数目、基因分类、染色体定位、系统进化关系和保守基序进行了分析。结果表明:枣中包含92个WRKY基因,根据WRKY结构域数量及其锌指结构的特征可将其分为GroupⅠ、GroupⅡ和GroupⅢ,GroupⅡ又可分为Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅱc、Ⅱd和Ⅱe 5个亚组。枣12条假染色体上除了第7条染色体上没有查到枣WRKY基因分布外,其它11条染色体都有WRKY基因分布,其中第11条染色体上分布最多,有10个WRKY基因,第2条、第5条和第8条染色体分布最少,仅有2个WRKY基因。枣Ⅲ、Ⅱd和Ⅱe处在同一分支,Ⅰ、Ⅱa、Ⅱb和Ⅱc在同一分支。枣WRKY转录因子在同一类或亚类中含有相同的保守Motif,Motif最长为50,最短为21。枣WRKY转录因子蛋白在67~758个氨基酸范围之间,平均氨基酸个数为384,等电点为4.130 8~10.221 1不等。本研究对进一步探究枣WRKY基因的功能、进化以及分子育种具有重要的现实意义。The aim of this study was to identify the biological characteristics of WRKY transcription factor family in Ziziphus jujuba,so as to provide scientific evidence for further research on the function of WRKY family genes.The number,gene type,chromosome location,system evolution and conserved motif of Ziziphus jujuba WRKY transcription factor family were analyzed by DNAMAN6,MEGA5,Map Draw and MEME Suite4.12.0 softwares.The results showed that 92 Zj WRKY genes were identified,which could be classified into three main groups(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ),and Group Ⅱ could further be divided into five subgroups(Ⅱ a,Ⅱ b,Ⅱ c,Ⅱ d,and Ⅱ e).On the 12 false chromosomes of Ziziphus jujuba,except for seventh chromosome,the other 11 chromosomes all had WRKY gene distribution.The number of WRKY gene distributed on the eleventh chromosome was the most and on the fifth and eighth was the least,which were 10 and 2,respectively.Ⅲ,Ⅱ d and Ⅱ e of Ziziphus jujuba were in the same branch,while Ⅰ,Ⅱ a,Ⅱ b and Ⅱ c clustered to the same branch.WRKY transcription factor in Ziziphus jujuba had the same conservative Motif in the same class or subclass,and the longest Motif was 50,and the shortest was 21.Zj WRKY proteins contained 67 to 758 amino acids,with 384 amino acids in average and the isoelectric point ranged from 4.130 8 to 10.221 1.This study had important practical significance to further explore the function,evolution and molecular breeding of WRKY genes in Ziziphus jujua.
