青年学者国家社科基金连续资助状况分析——以天津市为例

摘　　要：为了克服马太效应的负面影响,充分发挥青年学者的创造力,收集了国家社会科学基金1991—2016年的青年基金项目及一般项目的数据,对天津地区的青年项目、一般项目负责人继续获得青年项目、一般项目资助的情况进行了分析,为天津社科人才培养领域的理论和实践研究提供一个新视角。研究结论为:有将近一半的项目没有按时完成;在项目结题后5年内是青年学者获得继续资助的高峰阶段;跨学科申报最多的学科是应用经济学;高校仍然是国家社科基金项目的主要承担机构;项目负责人承担的项目数越多,职称级别越高。In order to overcome the negative impact of the Matthew effect and give full play to the high creativity of young scholars,this paper collects the data of the National Social Science Fund for Youth Fund Projects and General Projects from 1991 to 2016,analyzes the situation that leaders of Young Project and General Project receive continually funding from Youth Projects and General Projects in Tianjin. It is aimed at providing a new perspective on the theory and practice of social science talents training in Tianjin. The research results show that nearly half of the projects have not been completed on time;the period in five years after accomplishment of project is the peak phase for young scholars to get continuous funding;applied economics is the subject with the highest number of interdisciplinary application projects;colleges and universities are still the main commitment agencies of the NSSFC project;the number of projects undertaken by the project leader is higher, and the title level is higher.
