摘　　要：在对我国高新区企业信息需求调查与高新区信息保障现状分析的基础上,从信息资源、信息产品、信息服务、支撑要素4个方面对高新区信息保障体系进行了分析,构建了高新区信息保障体系的理论框架。On the basis of the survey of enterprise information needs and the analysis of information guarantee status in some high-tech zones of China,this paper analyzes information guarantee system in high-tech zones of China from aspects of the information resource,information product,information service and support elements,establishes the theoretical framework of information guarantee system in the high-tech zones.
