摘 要:针对航空器材料研究开发及其性能测试的空间物理模拟试验装置的现状,首先阐述了航空器安全可靠运行的重要性,提出了一种用于测试航空器材料的低成本空间热循环物理模拟试验机测控系统,该系统能够实现对航天器材料的循环温度、高低温保持时间、温度循环周期、预加载载荷、材料形状蠕变等参数的实时观测。给出了加载热循环物理模拟试验机测控系统样机,并详细阐述了样机各模块的工作原理及软硬件电路设计。最后,给出了试验系统样机的调试与测试结果。结果证明样机有效地模拟了近地低轨道太空环境,实现了对航天材料性能的模拟测试。According to present situation of aircraft materials research and their performance testing of physical simulation space test device,the paper first describes the importance of safe and reliable operation of the aircraft.A low-cost loading thermal cycling physical simulation test and control system for aircraft materials testing has been proposed.The system can achieve circulating temperature,high and low retention time,temperature cycle and preloaded of aircraft materials in real-time dynamic monitoring.monitoring strategy,the system design and The prototype have been described.Moreover,experimental tests and field trials have been carried out based on the design of prototype.The results indicate that the prototype has a good dynamic,static performance and the maintenance,and its reliability fully meets real-time dynamic monitoring demand to enhance the overall performance of the system.
