摘 要:为消除塑性测压静标动用所产生的“静动差”,准动态校准方法被提出。针对准动态校准试验需求,构建了一套准动态标定系统,并基于LabVIEW开发平台设计了上位机程序,能够对准动态校准试验进行多线程的机械控制、温度控制以及信号采集。结合校准试验编制出测压铜柱的动态压力对照表,与数据库通信完成存储和调用。试验结果表明,该套系统能够完成对测压铜柱的准动态标定,使膛压的塑性测压值和电测值非常接近,显著减小了塑性测压的动态误差。In order to eliminate the"difference"generated during the calibration process of plastic pressure measurement because of calibrating statically while using dynamically,the quasi-dynamic calibration method is proposed.A set of dynamic calibration system is constructed for the quasi-dynamic calibration test,and the upper monitor program based on LabVIEW is designed,which can control machinery,control temperature and collect signals by multithreading.Combined with the calibration tests,dynamic pressure conversion table is compiled and then storage and call are completed by communication with the database.The test proves that the system can complete the calibration process and reduce the dynamic error of plastic pressure measurement.
