摘 要:随着大型复杂工程项目的不断涌现,传统交付模式下"松散"的协作模式已难以满足高效项目管理的需求。而以合作和精益思想为核心的IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)模式逐渐成为建筑业关注的焦点。识别IPD的核心要素是成功实施该模式的关键所在,但目前国内对于IPD模式关键要素的研究较为欠缺。通过对IPD案例及相关文献的系统梳理,从合作与精益视角,发现归纳总结IPD模式的5项关键构成要素。并以Encircle医疗急救中心IPD项目建设为案例,对上述IPD关键构成要素进行实证分析,验证其在IPD项目实施中的重要性,为IPD模式在中国的应用提供启示。With continuous emergence of large and complex construction projects, the loose collaboration in traditional project delivery methods cannot satisfy the demand for efficient project management. Against this backdrop, IPD that places cooperation and lean thoughts into its core is gradually catching the attention of the construction industry. Identifying the crucial components is the key point to successfully implement IPD. The current studies on the crucial components of IPD remain insufficient in China. Hence, based on a systematic literature review, we identify the crucial components of IPD from the perspective of lean and cooperation. The Encircle Health Ambulatory Care Center is used as the IPD case to examine the crucial components of IPD identified in this study and provide implications for applying IPD in China.
