摘 要:为研究装配式建筑装配过程的标准工时,运用模特排时法,结合动作经济原则对装配过程各手工工序进行了动作分析,求取其标准时间值,与秒表测时法所得的实测作业时间进行对比。分析结果表明,相较于秒表测时法,模特排时法在作业规范不明确,作业时间测定困难的装配过程的标准工时制定中效果良好,且有助于识别无效动作,优化空间布局,提高装配效率。To study the standard man-hours of prefabricated buildings, this research employs MODAPTS to analyze the manual procedures of assembly processes and calculate the standard time of assembly processes with economic principles. Then, we compare the performance of MODAPTS with the stopwatch method. The results show that, compared with the stopwatch method, MODAPTS can be more adoptable to the processes that have no operation standards but it is hard to measure the working time. In addition, MODAPTS is useful to identify invalid actions, optimize the space layout, and improve the efficiency of assembly processes.
