摘 要:随着我国人口老龄化问题的加剧以及养老服务需求的增长,养老服务的有效供给问题日益突出。物联网、大数据分析、智慧城市等新技术与新理念的发展为提升养老服务供给效率与效度开辟了新路径,即智慧养老的理念应运而生。从收集老年群体的养老服务需求出发,定位智慧养老服务内容,从服务需求、服务内容、智慧实现手段与服务供给机制4个维度构建了基于个体需求的智慧养老服务体系,设计智慧养老服务系统平台以支撑服务体系运转,为落实多层次需求的社会养老服务体系提供了智慧化路径。The problem of effective provision of services for aged group has become more and more prominent in recent years with the growth of China's aging population and the demands for pension service. The development of new technologies such as Interact of things, big data analysis and smart city has provided a new way for improving the efficiency and validity of the pension services, which means the concept of intelligent pension service can be realized. Through collecting the data related to service demand of the aged group, the paper positioned the contents of intelligent service foraged group. An intelligent service system for aged group based on individual demands was established from four dimensions, which are service demand, service content, intelligent methods and service supply mechanism. An intelligent service system platform for aged group was designed to support the operation of the service system, providing an intelligent way for satisfying multi-level need of social service system for aged group.
