我院神经内科活血化瘀中药注射剂应用干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我院活血化瘀中药注射剂排他目录事前干预对我院神经内科此类药物应用的干预效果。方法:2016年6月建立我院活血化瘀中药注射剂排他目录,通过医院信息系统事前干预,规范我院活血化瘀中药注射剂的临床应用,调查2016年我院神经内科上下半年活血化瘀中药注射剂的用药频度(DDDs)、使用强度(TCMIUD),分析该措施干预效果。结果:与干预前比较,干预后我院神经内科活血化瘀中药注射剂DDDs下降9.69%,人均DDDs下降3.55%,TCMIUD下降6.54%。结论:活血化瘀中药类排他目录事前干预有效地降低了活血化瘀中药注射剂的使用量。Objective ：To analysis the effect of prior intervention by our exclusive directory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） injections for eliminating the stagnant and activating the blood in the department of neurology. Methods： Our exclusive directory of TCM injections for eliminating the stagnant and activating the blood was established in June 2016 by intervening in advance by hospital information system to regulate and improve the application of injection of promoting blood circulation, and survey the application of the injections of 2016 by evaluating DDDs and Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections Use Density （TCMIUD）. Results： The DDDs decreased by 9.69% , DDDs per capital decreased by 3.55% , and TCMIUD decreased by 6.54% about the TCM injections of the department of neurology in the second half of the year. Conclusion ： Proir intervention by our exclusive directory of the injections of TCM has effectively lowered the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection of promoting blood circulation.
