摘　　要：煤炭企业兼并重组是推进供给侧结构性改革、实现高质量发展的重要方式。在分析煤炭产业发展形势的基础上,阐述煤炭企业推进兼并重组的必要性,分析了煤炭企业实施兼并重组的基本路径,并提出煤炭企业在兼并重组过程中需要重点关注的问题。The merger and reorganization of coal enterprises is an important way to promote the supply side structural reforms and achieve high-quality development. On the basis of analyzing the development situation with the coal industry,the necessity to promote merger and reorganization was explained. An analysis was conducted on the basic path of coal enterprises to implement merger and reorganization,and the issues needed to be paid attention to in the merger and reorganization process were proposed.
