摘　　要：安全风险管控机制作为我国煤矿行业安全管理的新型模式,对煤矿的安全生产起着十分重要的作用。首先阐述了在经济学视角下煤矿安全风险分级管控的类别与规则,其次分析了煤矿企业安全风险管控的现状及存在的问题,最后提出保障煤矿企业实施安全风险管控的相关措施。As a new model for the safety management of coal mine industry in China,the safety risk management and control mechanism plays an important role in the safe production of coal mines. First,the classification and rules of safety risk management and control in coal mine were expounded in the perspective of economics. Secondly,the current situation and existing problems of safety risk management and control in coal mining enterprises were analyzed. Finally,the relevant measures to ensure the safety risk management and control of coal mine enterprises were put forward.
