摘　　要：目的:探讨髂腹股沟游离皮瓣联合负压封闭引流修复足踝部创面的疗效。方法:我科2015-04——2017-05收治8例足踝部皮肤软组织缺损患者,一期负压吸引,创面新鲜后二期行髂腹股沟游离皮瓣修复,缺损面积5.0 cm×6.0 cm^9.0 cm×12.0 cm。结果:其中7例皮瓣成活;1例皮瓣远端出现约3.0 cm×1.0 cm坏死,术后两周清除坏死组织,换药后愈合。8例全部得到随访,随访时间6~12个月。皮瓣外形良好,稍臃肿,质地软,患者对皮瓣外观及足踝功能满意。结论:应用髂腹股沟游离皮瓣联合负压封闭引流技术修复足踝部创面可获得满意的临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with free groin flap in repairing the wound of ankle. Methods： From April 2015 to May 2017, our department received 8 cases of skin soft tissue defect in the ankle. Using Vacuum sealing drainage in the first phase, Repairing the wound with free groin flap when the wound fresh in the second phase. The size of the defect from 5.0 cm × 6.0 cm to 9.0 cm ×12.0 cm. Results： Seven cases of flaps survived. In one case, about 3.0 cm×1.0 cm necrosis occurred in the distal end of the flap, and the necrotic tissue was removed two weeks after the operation. The wound healed after the change of medicine. All 8 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The flaps are in good shape, slightly swollen and soft. The patient was satisfied with the appearance of the flap and ankle function. Conclusion：A satisfactory clinical effect was obtained by applying the combined Vacuum sealing drainage of free groin flap to repair the wound of ankle.
