摘 要:民猪是处于濒危状态的优良地方猪种,也是推动生猪养殖本土化战略的重要候选猪种。由于民猪的人工培育历史尚不清楚,有必要借助分子标记技术揭示其分子进化机制。研究基于猪抗病力性状相关基因SLA-DQB,选取民猪3个群体、中国其他地方猪种、欧洲猪种作为研究对象,探讨民猪的分子演化。结果表明:共筛选出8个突变位点,除12 bp处的G>T颠换,民猪和欧洲猪种间其余SNP位点的基因频率差异显著(P<0.05),并未形成连锁群。欧洲猪种SLA-DQB基因单倍型存在着局部净化选择,亚洲猪种的单倍型较为丰富多样,尤其民猪在各自群体内高度分化。Min pig is a good local pig species in the endangered state,but also an important candidate to promote the localization strategy of pig breeding. As the history of artificial breeding is not clear,it is necessary to use molecular markers to reveal its molecular evolution mechanism. In this study,based on the SLA-DQB gene related to disease resistance traits in pigs,three populations of Min pigs,other local pig breeds and European pig breeds were selected to study the molecular evolution. A total of 8 mutations were screened out,except for the GT of 12 bp. There was a significant difference in gene frequencies between the SNP loci of the pig and the European pig( P〈0. 05).The haplotype of SLA-DQB gene in European pig breeds was partially purified and the haplotypes of Asian pig species were rich and varied. The molecular evolution of the pig population was discussed from the aspect of disease resistance,and the general differentiation process of the three pig populations in Northeast China was revealed.
